Because all items are made to order, processing typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. This time allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and finalize each piece before shipment.

Personalized or custom items may require additional time depending on the level of customization requested.

If your order requires extra time due to personalization details or production volume, we may contact you before shipment.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand. Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are given in good faith, but are not guaranteed.

Transit delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Made-to-Order and Personalized Items

Each TigreX item is created specifically for the customer who orders it. This made-to-order approach ensures that every piece meets our quality standards and maintains its unique character.

We recommend reviewing all personalization details carefully before placing your order, as production begins based on the information provided.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. TigreX is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

TigreX is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we are happy to assist if needed, TigreX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.

TigreX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, but we will gladly assist with tracking information and support where possible.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on production timing and packaging.
