All our products are made to order and prepared individually with great care and attention to detail. This approach ensures a refined finish, a unique character, and the level of quality our brand stands for.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Because every item is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing, and personalization information carefully before placing your order, as production begins shortly after the purchase is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Your message should include a clear description of the issue along with supporting photos.

We will carefully review your case and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or a partial refund.

Please note that claims submitted after 3 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to preparing and dispatching your order within the stated timeframe. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

TigreX is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As all items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production may have already begun, and we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS 

If you are purchasing from a European Union member state, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you received your product (cooling-off period).

To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day deadline at tigre.x.studio@gmail.com. We will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Exceptions: Personalized or made-to-order products are excluded from the cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
